At Xische, we deliver individually tailored solutions to clients who come to us looking for out-of-the-box thinking. On one day, this could mean cultivating a business and a brand strategy, on another, building and managing an event and its strategy.
Our client-base is wide and varied, and each project we take on contains an array of very specific requirements. That is where you come in.
Your main function is to act as a liaison between our clients and us, in order to keep track of the scary but necessary things like task lists, budgets and timelines.
You will be involved in the daily inner workings of every project that falls under your purview. This includes charting the schedule and requirements of each project, tapping into digital and internal knowledge resources and being responsible for all aspects of client communication. Your 9-5 might not cut it.
As this is a purely managerial role, we are looking for someone who is firm enough to get things done, follow-up and deliver. If each project is a cruise, you are the steward guiding it towards the sunny Caribbean ports, ensuring no passenger falls aboard. If Xische were a mafia, you would be our Consigliere.
• At least 3 years of experience, with direct client contact and successful project completion
• A sturdy grasp of the technical and creative project process in a strategic consulting firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (Arabic is a plus)
• Confidence and a hands-on approach, with the ability to gauge and control difficult situations
• Willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Work evenings, weekends, at events
• Good taste in music
Applicant should be a graduate in business or communications. Having said that, your personality and curiosity trump a paper certificate any day.
